Earnings credit account.
Account earns credit for collected balance less reserve requirements.
Earnings credit is calculated using 85% of the average three-month U.S. T-bill rate.
Earnings credit is applied toward the following fees to determine the monthly charge.

Service Charge:

$10.00 /month, plus postage based on the number of enclosures, will be charged each statement cycle.
$ .20 /each debit transaction (withdrawal or check paid).
$ .15 /each ACH debit transaction.
$ .30 /each ACH credit transaction.
$ .35 /each deposit posted.
$.07 /each item deposited drawn on us.
$.11 /each for all other items deposited.
$29.00 /each uncollected funds item.
A cash processing fee of $ .50 will be charged for each $1,000.00 in cash deposited in excess of $10,000.00.

Interest is compounded monthly and is credited every monthly statement cycle. A daily collected balance of $5,000.00 must be maintained to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield.
Transfers to another account or to third parties by preauthorized, automatic, or telephone are limited to six per statement cycle with no more than three by check, draft or similar order to third parties. $29.00 withdrawal fee for each withdrawal in excess of three. No charge for in person withdrawals.
